Name: Sarah Bisby

A Skyscape Archaeological Assessment of Passage Tombs of Jersey, Guernsey, Sark and Herm in the Channel Islands

Biography:
Sarah Bisby completed a Master’s in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology from the University of Wales Trinity St David’s in September 2025. She also holds honours degrees in both Arts and Science, along with a Master’s in Earth Science, and currently teaches Chemistry at IB Grammar School in Kent. Passionate about exploring the connections between geology, mythology, archaeology, and the skies, she spends much of her free time visiting sacred sites and places. A practising astrologer, Sarah holds diplomas in Traditional, Medical, and Archetypal Astrology, and is now continuing her studies with the Dwarf Planet University in New Zealand.




Name: Nick Campion

Abstract Title: Is Astrology a Symbolic Language and What Does it Mean?

Biography:
Nicholas Campion is Programme Director of the online MA programme in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, the only academic course in the world to consider humanity’s relationship with the sky, and the MA in Ecology and Spirituality. He is also Associate Professor in Cosmology and Culture, Principal Lecturer in the Institute of Education and Humanities and Director of the Sophia Centre. His books include the two-volume History of Western Astrology (London: Bloomsbury 2008/9) and Astrology and Cosmology in the World’s Religions (New York: New York University Press, 2012). He is the editor of Culture and Cosmos, the journal on the history of cultural astronomy and astrology.




Name: Wendy Fey

Abstract Title: Is the Biodynamic System of Agriculture a Representation of a vigourous and effective Host for an astrological Worldview in the West?

Biography:
Wendy Fey, now retired from her career in Local Government School Planning has a BA Hons in the History and Theory of Art from Essex University, a diploma from the Mayo School of Astrology, a BSc Hons in Psychology from the Open University, and an MA in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology from Trinity St David, University of Wales. Throughout her life-long involvement in both formal and informal study, she has also been a keen amateur astrologer and artist. Following retirement she also spends a lot of time tending her garden in the Cotswolds in the West of England, though not as yet on biodynamic principles.




Name: Miłosława Krogulska

Abstract Title: The Examination of the Astrology in The Feast of Trimalchio by Petronius Arbiter

Biography:
Miłosława Krogulska is a Polish astrology teacher with 30 years of experience. Since 2002 she has been a member of the British Astrological Association. Krogulska is a graduate in Classical Philology at the Cardinal Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She obtained her MA in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology in 2024, under the supervision of Dr Dorian Gieseler Greenbaum. She currently resides and works in Warsaw, Poland.




Name: Berna Lee

Abstract Title: Between Heaven, Earth, and Humanity: A Doctoral Inquiry into Chinese Astrology an Xuanxue in Correlative Cosmology

Biography:
Berna Lee 李映晴 is currently pursuing her PhD on the philosophical foundations and contemporary reconstruction of Chinese astrology within Xuanxue (玄學). She earned her MA in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology with distinction from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, where her research examined the theory and practice of astrology in modern Hong Kong. Berna is also the 45th-generation astrologer descended from the Lee's of Wong Jim 凰漸李氏—royal lineage of the Tang Dynasty— bridges ancestral wisdom and contemporary inquiry to make Chinese astrology accessible and relevant today.




Name: Nicole Montag-Keller

Abstract Title: Materiality addressing immateriality – how humans express their relating to three buildings linked to the sky

Biography:
Nicole Montag-Keller, PhD student at the UWTSD, holds an MA in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology, (UWTSD) and a BSc (hons) in Psychology (The OU). She worked in Education, Health Management, Business Administration, and Finance and has pursued in depth postgraduate studies in Education and Online Learning. Her PhD studies research how human beings relate towards modernist building structures.




Name: Garry Phillipson

Book Title: Astrology in the Year Zero

Biography:
Garry started studying philosophy in 1973 and astrology in 1976. The confluence of the two disciplines resulted in this book – Astrology in the Year Zero, first published in 2000. His subsequent investigations can largely be found in his PhD thesis, Astrology and Truth: a Context in Contemporary Epistemology – completed in 2020. He is co-curator of Cosmocritic.com, a site hosting works on the philosophy of astrology, and runs Astrozero.co.uk – a site for resources that supplement and expand this book. Garry’s work has appeared in various academic volumes and in journals including Correlation, The Astrological Journal, The Mountain Astrologer, The Journal for the Study of Religion Nature and Culture, Culture and Cosmos, Organization and the European Business Forum. He is a part-time tutor for the Sophia Centre at the University of Wales Trinity St. David.
