The Responsive Cosmos: An Enquiry Into the Theoretical Foundation of Astrology
Wednesday 30th Oct 2024, 18.30 - 20.00 GMT/UT
The title of my PhD at the University of Kent was “The Responsive Cosmos: An Enquiry Into the Theoretical Foundation of Astrology.” It is concerned with what astrology is, what assumptions about the world astrologers necessarily hold, and whether the models for astrology that were being proposed at the time of writing were adequate.
It has always been freely available on the internet, currently on the Cosmocritic website, and in this talk I will briefly outline the argument made in the thesis and what impact it has had on the academic and astrological communities.
Cost: £10
This lecture will be held on Zoom and is open to all.
To book, click this link: www.eventbrite.com
A Zoom meeting link will be sent to you on the day.
