This lecture explores the factual, the fictional and the boundary between science and technology, looking at the magic and myth of the space race including the search for paradise on other planets, messages from UFO in films and the beliefs of the pioneers of modern space travel.

Different contrasting hypotheses about the personality of Nefertiti and her late husband that have been put forward will be discussed in the light of new evidence from Hittite sources, important data from the DNA analysis of the Royal family, and relevant astronomical evidence
